Tracy Leach
Principal
Tracy Leach, the founder of Providence Strategic Consulting, has over a decade in the political consulting and public affairs arena. The firm specializes in building winning coalitions for ballot initiatives as well as meeting the goals and objectives of those in business. Tracy has managed numerous city, county, state and federal candidates as well as issue-advocacy campaigns representing energy, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, housing development, non-profits, mining and many other outstanding industries. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants and the Public Relations Society of America.
Rachel Leach
Assistant Account Executive
Rachel brings a wealth of campaign and business advocacy experience that belies her youth. She will receive her BA in political science and communications in 2009 but has already worked on multiple candidate campaigns, statewide ballot initiatives, business advocacy and permitting projects. Rachel specializes in insightful research, writing and attention to detail for our clients.
Michele Peters
Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Michele is new to Providence Strategic Consulting and is a student at Bakersfield College. There, she is currently working to pursue her bachelor's degree in kinesiology. Michele helps keep our office running smooth and efficiently, is passionate about politics and current events and is a real asset to the PSCI team.
